Forms & Applications

The Online Permit Portal provides public access to the current status of permits, applications and inspections. You will need to create an account. Contractors will need an access code. If you do not know your access code, contact us at 937-521-2160. Property owners do not need an access code. Permits will not be issued until all required submittals are received and fees have been paid.

APPROVED PLANS: The approved documents will be uploaded to the portal. You are responsible for printing all approved documents and having them available at the time of each inspection.

PLAN REVISIONS: We can not accept plan revisions via the Online Permit Portal at this time. Please email all plan revisions to communitydevelopment@clarkcountyohio.gov.
