Based on the information you provided, here are some troubleshooting steps for the issue you are experiencing with your Cygnett ChargeUp Ultra 20K mobile device charger: 1. Ensure that the charger is properly connected to a power source, either a car charger or wall charger, using the provided Micro-USB cable. 2. Check the LED 4 light display on the charger. If it is flashing, it means there is remaining charge in the charger. 3. Connect your phone to the charger using its USB charging cable (not included). Make sure your phone is securely connected to the USB output of the charger. 4. Press the power button on the charger once to initiate the charging process. Your phone should indicate that it is charging. 5. Monitor the LED 4 light display on the charger to see the power level. - 4 lights: 75-100% charge - 3 lights: 50-75% charge - 2 lights: 25-50% charge - 1 light: 0-25% charge 6. When you're finished charging your phone, disconnect it from the ChargeUp Ultra. The charger will automatically turn off. If you encounter any odd smells, excessive heat, or if the charger appears discolored or distorted, stop using it immediately. If the problem persists or you have further concerns, it's recommended to seek assistance from qualified professionals.

After you plug in the device you want to charge, press the power button on the side and it will start charging what you've plugged in. It will also switch itself off after the device is fully charged.
