I needed the Bluetooth to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S21) so I could do hands-free calling for work. It works beautifully for the phone, however, I can't hear the Google assistant or maps app while the stereo has power. It will work when I have Google Play Music linked via the Bluetooth setting on the stereo. But that is a bit impractical, and with the new sound system, pretty darned obnoxious
